Our greatest concern today with buyers and sellers is Affordability. With all the fees involved it can seem like home ownership is out of reach. There are several new programs to help ease this. Down Payment Assistance, 100% loans where available and that wonderful meeting of the minds that agents have on behalf of their client to try to meet the needs of the parties involved. I have helped people get into homes with very little out of pocket. It’s all about finding the right lender, program and home. When selling it about find the offer that will work. All of this may seem impossible with rates being high and homes sales being on the rise. I assure you there are lots of option we just have to find the one that works for the individual situation as there is not a one size fits all solution.
Bottom line is this market can seem scary, with the right game plan and working with agents and lenders who are experienced home ownership is just around the corner. Everyone has a different challenge, upfront funds, monthly payment, credit, rate, location or maybe something else.
