We can't speak highly enough of our experience with Jerri and her daughters. We were looking for a house for over 3 years and missed out on several opportunities due to unknowledgable and slow responding realtors. Just when we had given up, Jerri reached out to us over the phone from realtor.com. When she explained how many years in the business she had and the we won't miss out on another house, we decided to give her a try. Boy was she right! My husband and I first worked with Jerri back in 2009 when we were looking for our first house. She found us an amazing home and told us all about the credits that we would receive being first time buyers.

We kept in touch with Jerri over the years because she took such good care of us. We felt like she was family. She was there for us during life's major moments (engagement, marriage, 1st home, having twins, etc.). No matter the time or question, she was always there for us.

In January 2021, we decided to to look for a new home. By February 2021, we'd found the perfect buyer with an amazing offer. Before that month was over, we'd sold our home.

Two weeks ago we moved into our new house. It had only been on Realtor for a few days. We knew instantly that we wanted it when we saw it. We are so happy that she told us not to settle because she found us the gem that we now call home. Words cannot express our love and gratitude for Jerri. Words cannot express how grateful I am for Jerri Sims and her daughter! She is a literal miracle worker! In addition to helping me find my current dream home, she recently helped sell a former home despite the challenges it produced. For instance, the day before closing, the laundry room ceiling caved in due to a bathroom leak. It was discovered during the final walk through. The situation was extremely stressful since we were at risk of losing the sale of the house. Yet Jerri saved the day and the sale with her quick ingenuity. She arranged for her own team of contractors (that were working on HER house) to come and fix the issue last minute. And of course, we ended up selling the house thanks to her quick thinking and perseverance. You will never have to worry when you are in her hands and I can guarantee that you will not find anyone else willing to be as dedicated and kindhearted as she is.
